The Mondaine Doppio Solar Skeleton MLE.41921.LBV features a 41mm polished 316L stainless steel case with a black dial and a black vegan grape leather strap. Measuring 7.5mm in height, the case is paired with a double-domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating and a pressed stainless steel case back. A discreet date window adds a practical calendar function, while 5 ATM water resistance provides protection for daily wear.

Doppio Collection

The watch forms part of Mondaine’s Doppio Collection, which uses repetition as a key element of its design. The dial features double-line hands and indices, along with a concave profile that creates additional depth. At the centre, a circular opening reveals the solar cells beneath the dial, giving the watch its skeleton-style appearance while keeping the time clearly readable.

Solar-Powered Movement

Powering the watch is the Swiss Ronda 215 solar movement, which converts both natural and artificial light into energy stored in a rechargeable battery. Once fully charged, the watch can operate for up to eight months in complete darkness, reducing the need for regular battery replacement.
