The Face: 

The design of the Mondaine Wall Clock A995.CLOCK.17SBG face remains loyal to the design codes of the Bauhaus movement, the German school of design that inspired the design of the face of the Mondaine Classic Swiss Railways. The white face is characterised by its clean and simplistic design; a 60-minute scale and 12-hour markers are presented around the edge of the face in silver. A striking gold baton-style handset occupies the centre of the face, while trademark red second hand is also present on the face, which ties the piece back to its Swiss Railway Clock roots. The Mondaine logo is neatly presented in gold beneath the 12 o’clock marker.
