The Face: 

The design of the face on the Mondaine Bronze Clock A990.CLOCK.18SBK remains loyal to the design codes of the Bauhaus movement, the German school of design that inspired the design of the face of the Mondaine Classic Swiss Railways. The white face is characterised by its clean and simplistic design; a 60-minute scale and 12-hour markers are presented around the edge of the face in silver. A bold black baton-style handset occupies the centre of the face, while trademark red second hand is also present on the face, which ties the piece back to its Swiss Railway Clock roots. The Mondaine logo is neatly positioned beneath the 12 o’clock marker.
