The Marathon Navigator SSNAV-D Automatic WW194030SS-0130 is a 41mm Steel Navigator with Date Automatic designed for pilots and everyday adventurers. The SSNAV-D Auto is the first Steel Navigator from Marathon to feature a self-winding automatic movement and continues the lineage of Marathon’s original Steel Navigator, developed in partnership with Kelly Air Force Base in 1986. The watch features a 316L stainless steel case with a Parkerized finish, measuring 41mm in diameter, 11.5mm thick and 48mm from lug to lug, with a 20mm lug width. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial, while the watch is supplied with a black 3-piece FKM rubber strap kit.

Sellita SW200-1 Automatic Movement

The watch is powered by a Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 self-winding automatic movement with 26 jewels and an Incabloc® shock absorber for protection against vibration and impact. The movement provides a power reserve of up to 41 hours and includes a date complication positioned at 4:30. The automatic movement continues to wind through the natural movement of the wearer’s wrist, removing the need for a battery.

Bi-Directional 12-Hour GMT Bezel

The SSNAV-D Auto features a bi-directional 12-hour GMT bezel designed for tracking a second time zone. Its increased height provides improved grip, making it easier to rotate while wearing flight gloves, while the inset-painted indices help maintain clear visibility of the bezel markings. The watch uses a screw-down crown and sapphire crystal with the 316L stainless steel case to provide water resistance to 10 ATM, equivalent to 100 metres (330 feet).

Tritium Gas Tubes & 3-Piece FKM Rubber Strap Kit

Self-contained tritium gas tubes are fitted to the hour markers and full hand set, providing constant illumination for reading the time in low-light environments. Unlike photoluminescent paint, the tritium tubes are self-illuminating and do not require exposure to an external light source to charge. The WW194030SS-0130 is supplied with Marathon’s 3-piece FKM rubber strap kit, manufactured in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The kit includes one 6 o’clock tail piece with eight adjustment holes and two 12 o’clock buckle pieces in different sizes, allowing the strap length to be adjusted to the wearer’s wrist.
