The Marathon Anthracite GSAR WW194006BK-0030 is a 41mm automatic diver’s watch developed for demanding conditions and originally issued in 2018 for stealth during tactical night missions. Its 316L stainless steel case is finished in anthracite, with a black anti-reflective Ion-Plating (IP) armour treatment that gives the watch its dark appearance. The black dial combines 12- and 24-hour scales with a date display at 4:30, while a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal protects the dial. The case measures 41mm in diameter, 48mm lug-to-lug and 20mm between the lugs.

Sellita SW200-1 Automatic Movement

The GSAR is powered by an anthracite Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement with 26 jewels and an Incabloc shock absorber. The movement provides hours, minutes, seconds and date functions, with a power reserve of up to 41 hours. A screw-down crown helps maintain the watch's 30 ATM (300m/1000ft) water resistance, supporting its role as a large diver’s automatic watch.

60-Minute Unidirectional Bezel

The watch features a unidirectional 60-minute bezel with a 120-click mechanism for measuring elapsed time. Its 60-minute scale is designed for straightforward timing, while the bezel marker uses MaraGlo for visibility. The anthracite case and black bezel create a consistent dark finish across the watch, matching the tactical purpose of the GSAR.

Tritium and MaraGlo Illumination

Tritium Gas Tubes are fitted to the hour markers and full hand set to provide illumination in low-light conditions, while MaraGlo is used on the 60-minute bezel marker. The Anthracite GSAR is supplied with a 3-piece rubber strap kit with anthracite hardware, giving the watch a practical alternative to its original tactical configuration.
