Luminox ICE-SAR Arctic 1050 Series 46mm Black Dial Rubber Mens Quartz Watch XL.1052

The Luminox ICE-SAR Arctic XL.1052 features a 46mm CARBONOX™ case with a black dial and orange accents. Measuring 13mm in height, the case is fitted with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a screw-in 316L stainless steel case back with a see-through design. The protected screw-in crown and 200-metre water resistance add to the watch's suitability for demanding outdoor conditions, while the black unidirectional rotating bezel surrounds the dial.

ICE-SAR Arctic 1050 Series

The XL.1052 belongs to Luminox's ICE-SAR Arctic 1050 Series, developed in partnership with the Icelandic Association for Search and Rescue. Its black dial features mixed luminous indices, black and white-tipped hour and minute hands, an orange seconds hand and a date window at 3 o'clock. A pulsometer scale around the dial allows the wearer to estimate heart rate by timing a set number of heartbeats.

Luminox Light Technology

Luminox Light Technology provides continuous illumination for reading the watch in low-light conditions. The self-powered system is designed to remain visible for up to 25 years without requiring exposure to an external light source or manual activation. This supports the quick-glance legibility associated with the ICE-SAR collection.

Swiss Quartz Movement

Powering the XL.1052 is the Swiss-made Ronda 515 quartz movement, providing the time and date functions. The movement uses a battery-powered system and has an approximately 72-month battery life according to product specifications.

Black Rubber Strap

A black genuine rubber strap completes the watch and is paired with a black CARBONOX™ buckle. Measuring 24mm at the lugs, the strap complements the 46mm case while maintaining the predominantly black finish of the watch. The XL.1052 weighs approximately 73g, keeping the CARBONOX™ case relatively light for its size.
